Please Note: If you order wine WHICH is REQUIRED 'in bond' you MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT AN APPROVED bonded warehouse in order to complete your order. If you do not have a bonded warehouse, please make sure to order ' Duty Paid inc VAT'

TERMS

All wines are offered subject to availability and remain the property of MMWS until payment is received in full.

MMWS is a UK Company and any dispute or claim that may arise from use of this Website must be made and settled under UK Law.

MMWS only offers wines that are in stock in London City Bond and therefore immediately available or is in transit from the Grower or is in its ownership lying in the Growers Cellars awaiting shipment. The status of each wine is clearly stated alongside each listing. As certain stocks are in small quantities, very occasionally an out of stock situation may occur that is not reported on the website. In this unlikely event we will contact you to arrange a replacement or credit in full.

MMWS makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate; updates to the contents of this site are made regularly.

Mastercard, Switch and Visa are also accepted and will be debited in Sterling.
No payment will be taken until the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

PRICING

Prices are quoted in Sterling and are clearly marked ‘per case' or per ‘per unit'.
Per case means a 9 litre quantity ie 12 bottles, 24 halves, 6 magnums
Per unit means ‘per bottle', ‘per single magnum' or ‘per single jeroboam'
Occasionally where less than a whole case remains in stock a wine is offered as a split case; in this event the price is quoted ‘per lot'
All prices are quoted ‘in bond' ie before UK taxes apply.
When ordering on the website, wines required duty paid by the purchaser will have the excise duty and VAT automatically added at the prevailing rate.

Split Cases

Cases can only be ordered as listed ie in cases of 12 bottles, 24 halves or 6 magnums; they cannot be split or mixed into quantities smaller than offered.
Where a wine is offered ‘per lot' it must be purchased as a complete lot

Special Offers

Special offer prices are detailed against certain wines and will automatically apply to each delivery of 4 or more cases which may be mixed.

Refunds

In the event of a full refund being offered and accepted the refund can be made by cheque or credit card. A ‘full refund' will be made less any credit card charges incurred by MMWS at the time of payment. Credit card charges will be borne by MMWS if the refund is due to an error by MMWS or its carriers.

Payments via the website are secured through PROTX.

The PROTX payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The internet facing web servers are certified by VERISIGN, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate PROTX to obtain secure information.

We do not store any credit card details on our website.
To enable us to deliver your order correctly and for your convenience when reordering we retain the following details from you:

Your name, address and regular deliver address
Your email address (your order confirmation is sent here)
A telephone number of your choice.
A record of your previous orders

This information can only be accessed by your password and by selected MMWS personnel.
All personal details are kept STRICTLY confidential between yourself and MMWS

LOGISTICS
Delivery Charges

For all orders up to a value of £300 delivered to any one address a charge of £10 will automatically be added. Delivery for all orders to a single address above this value is free.

Damaged Goods

If a wine is damaged during delivery we will immediately offer a replacement or full refund PROVIDING notification is received in writing at MMWS offices (email, fax, or post) within 3 working days of the delivery.

Incorrect Goods

If there has been a ‘mispick' in the cellars, MMWS will collect free of charge, and redeliver or give a full refund. Notification must be given by email, fax or post within 3 working days.

CANCELLATION

If at any time up to 5 working days after receipt of the goods, you have a change of heart you may return the order or part thereof for a full refund LESS cost of collection. However the goods must be in a resaleable condition in unopened cases.

RETURNS

When ordering for a specific function it is often difficult to forecast demand. MMWS offers a ‘sale or return' policy and will take back any unopened cases and give a full refund LESS the cost of collection providing the request is received by email, fax or post within 5 working days after the event.

Please state at the time of ordering that you may be returning excess cases.

You must be of legal age in your country of residence in order to buy wines from MMWS.
